It includes lifestyle reification like diet recommendation, introduction to yogic way of living, etc. and yoga practices through combination of yoga techniques like asana, pranayama, kriya, mudra, bandha, etc. Along with healing your health complains, these classes benefits in increasing physical stamina, endurance and tenacity. Upon adding participants in your class with you, class instructions are imposed with an attention to the health condition of each student.
