The practice of combining yoga with meditation is well-liked. Together, the two disciplines are beneficial, and yoga is seen as a form of “movement meditation” in and of itself. Holding a yoga posture, like the Downward Dog for a time, is a wonderful method to meditate. As you increase your time until you reach two minutes, you’ll see your grudges dwindle.
The next morning when you get out of bed, the physical effects of yoga meditation should be obvious. The joys of painful muscles will also be felt by you, especially if you haven’t worked out in a while.
